YOGA FOR MEN
Yoga for men, is a class that is born out of a need for men to experience yoga with a practice designed specifically for the way men are built. This class is suitable for beginners and above.
Have you been curious about yoga but intimidated, or just felt it wasn't for you? If you work hard and play hard, have stress in your life, and you need a practice to keep you balanced and grounded, this may be the class for you!

-Mobility through primal movement patterns developed over 2000 years ago
Each 60 minute class consists of pranayama, dynamic warm ups, and then moving through the asanas (postures). we will move at a pace that allows you to play the edges of your comfort in each pose in order to gain strength and mobility.
This develops functional strength that can be applied to your sport, passions, and life!
About the Teacher:
Jamie Foubister has been practicing yoga since the age of 13. He has practiced multiple styles including Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa flow. He earned his Integrative Yoga Therapy 200hr teacher training through True Nature Healing Arts, in Carbondale Colorado in 2011. Jamie has taught yoga in group and private classes in Colorado, Florida, and Oregon.
Jamie also draws heavily from his martial arts background. His philosophy for teaching, to quote the late great Bruce Lee, is, “absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own creation.”
